What does a session with me look like?

A single session with me will take place on zoom or over the phone. You will need access to a quiet place where you can sit, talk, move and lie down. The session will include a clarifying conversation. I may use tarot or intuitive images to explore what you are seeking. I may offer instruction about the nervous system, intuition and energy, or communication with the more than human world. Sessions will also include remote energy work (learn more here). You lie down comfortably at home, we have a connection over zoom or over the phone, and I work on your energy body from my home office here in Albuquerque, NM. It is likely to be a quiet part of the session, but we might talk about what is happening as the session proceeds.

After the session we may talk about what came up, and what your plan or practices might be going forward. I take notes and these go on my altar as a magical working to continue the healing process over the next days and weeks. I eventually will burn these notes as a way to release the work into the web of the wyrd.
