Energy Healing Sessions

I do remote energy healing. (If you are thinking, ‘what the heck does that mean?’ click here.)

My work meets you where you are and allows your nervous system to settle. It invites the deep currents of life to nourish and heal you. I offer distance energy healing rooted in the Polyvagal Theory, Healing Touch, Polarity Therapy, Breema Bodywork, Craniosacral, Core Synchronism, professional nursing practice and holistic nurse coaching, along with years of embodied energy practice and spiritual study.

Working with me implies that you are living in, or are interested in living in, a world that includes energy, magic and spirit. I work with guides and spirits, I use tarot, astrology, archetypes and intuition to guide healing. These are powerful partners in the work I do.

Healing the WOO-Wound

introduction to energy awareness and intuitive skills, 4 week online class

This is a powerful 4 part series that will help you build trust in your intuition and energy awareness. It is laid out simply to build trust, awaken your senses and awareness, and learn in community. The four classes are meant to help you find an allowing, playful attitude through which to see and feel energy and intution. You already follow your intuition. You have energy awareness. You just might not have the vocabulary and education to know that it is there. To use stronger language, it is taboo in our culture to access this awareness. It is called woo-woo. This class plays at our programming to not trust our body and intuition. Healing the woo-wound.

Ongoing Embodied Meditations

Join me online on Monday and Wednesday mornings for a 30 minute body based meditations. This meditation meeting is a support for anyone who wants to connect and ground throughout the week.
